FRMIS

Design and development of the database and back end for FRMIS, the Flood Risk Management Information System of Can Tho City, Vietnam, a World Bank-funded project. A PostGIS database stores real-time water-level, rainfall and tide readings from the city's monitoring stations as time series, together with hydrodynamic model forecasts. A Java Spring Boot REST API serves this data to the web front end and the flood control center. It also connects to the hydrodynamic model. I set up GeoServer to publish the spatial layers.
